The process
How does TripDrafts read a WhatsApp enquiry?
Paste the message as it arrived, typos and all. The AI pulls out the destination, dates, travellers and budget, and you check every field before anything goes to the client.
Can I change what the AI writes?
Every day, hotel, price and theme can be edited. The AI gives you a head start. It never sends anything on its own.
How long does a quote really take?
Under a minute for a standard package, from pasting the enquiry to a branded link you can share.
How does the client accept?
You send the link on WhatsApp. They open it on their phone, see the itinerary and a total with GST and TCS included, and accept with one tap. You get notified straight away.
What happens after they say yes?
The trip moves to your Bookings board. Record the advance, send a payment link for the balance, generate hotel and transfer vouchers, and work through the trip checklist stage by stage.

Plans and billing
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free plan gives you 10 quotes a month, 3 themes, AI enquiry parsing and the full GST and TCS costing. No card needed.
What happens when I hit 10 quotes?
Your existing quotes stay open. You can create new ones again when the count resets on the 1st of the month, or upgrade to Pro.
How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
Start Pro with a card. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After day 7 you are billed for the month or year you picked.
Is the yearly plan worth it?
₹6,710 a year instead of ₹8,388 on monthly, which saves ₹1,678 (20%). Yearly also lets you pause for up to 2 months a year. Both prices are plus 18% GST.
How do I pay, and do I get a GST invoice?
UPI, credit and debit cards, or net banking. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice by email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the next billing date, with no refund for the current month. Yearly plans get a pro-rated refund if you ask within 7 days of paying.

Your team and data
Can my team use it?
Pro includes unlimited managers and staff at no extra cost. Staff create quotes and send them for approval. Managers approve them.
Where is my data kept?
In Mumbai, India. Your clients, rate cards and quotes are yours. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
Trust and securityCan I take my data with me?
Export it from Settings at any time. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. GST invoices are the exception, because the law says they must be kept for 7 years.
Is it only for quotes?
The quote is where it starts. TripDrafts also runs bookings, GST invoices, vouchers, visa letters, a client CRM, follow-up tasks and analytics, so the whole agency works from one desk.
